Returns & exchange

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges for lingerie and harness underwear.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All lingerie made with delicate fabrics (lace, mesh, cotton) that needs to be handwashed only with liquid soap in cold water.

All harness lingerie is also required handwash only.
